Join us at the Art Gallery of South Australia for two History Festival lunchtime talks. Curators Elle Freak and Tracey Lock will share details and insights about significant works of art on display in the Elder Wing of Australian Art.

Tuesday 30 April: Elle Freak, Assistant Curator of Australian Paintings and Sculpture, introduces the recent acquisition of Bessie Davidson’s transportable paintbox with a French coastal scene held inside.

Tuesday 7 May: Tracey Lock, Curator of Australian Art, will speculate on the illusion of time with a focus on works of art on display in the Elder Wing.
