The Church on the Corner

Scots Church Adelaide, as seen from Adelaide University (Scots Church Adelaide)

At 168 years old, Scots Church Adelaide is the second oldest remaining church in Adelaide, with an active Uniting Church in Australia congregation. It will be open for viewing and quiet contemplation throughout the History Festival. Why not join us for a guided tour or sit quietly and watch the video, and discover the fascinating history of the building including the ornate pulpit carved from a single piece of wood and the stained-glass windows, including those designed by Lawrence Lee who worked on the rebuilding of Coventry Cathedral in England. We look forward to welcoming you at Scots Church.
