Amazing look at St John Ambulance: visit, view and try to tie a reef knot

Casualty room 1940s (Lyn Dansie)

Check out our new displays covering St John in SA from 1885 to the present. Remember old first aid treatments and try to put on a sling. See interesting film from the 1930s. Recall the days of the black and white uniforms, treatments, manuals and much more. Resuscitation methods including a unique Eve's rocker to the latest heart-start machine.

Special display: on Sunday 26 May 2-4pm, see our historical ambulance vehicles and the CPR Lab where you can try (it’s very easy) the latest defibrillators (heart-start machines).
