Visit the Torrens Parade Ground

Torrens Parade Ground (History Trust of SA)

Opened for South Australia's centenary in 1936, this building was designed in the Stripped Classical style. The site was previously used as a government quarry, an unofficial rubbish tip and a mustering and enlistment point for the two world wars. Come along and hear the history of this interesting Adelaide building.
